Shipping policy

Free Shipping:

Please advise that not all items qualify for the "Free shipping on orders over $199". Examples include over sized freight items, shipping outside the lower 48 United States, and low margin items that may not cover shipping. 

International Shipping:

Currently FrankBUILT Performance does NOT sell nor ship to international customers. We will change that in the future, however, there is no ETA on that.

Shipping to AK & HI:

If placing an order to ship to Alaska or Hawaii you will receive an email after ordering with shipping options. Due to added costs of shipping to these locations we may not always be able to offer free shipping. 

Product Availability: 

Here at FrankBUILT Performance we strive to keep as many products in stock and use vendors that have reliable inventory. In the case an items is not in stock or has an extended lead time at the time of purchase we will email you immediately to discuss options.

Shipping & ETA:

Most items will ship within 24-48 hours of placing the order (Added processing times may occur during holidays & other high volume retail times). Once product has shipped we will send you a tracking number with ETA.
