The Alliant Power AP63417 is a stock-replacement Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) valve for the 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The IPR regulates oil pressure from the high pressure oil pump to the injectors, and a failing valve can cause rough idle, injector surging, hard starting, or stalling.
