The Banks Power 35146-B Ram-Air Transmission Pan will help extend transmission fluid life in your Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax (LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML/L5P) and Allison 1000. Banks brings proven Ram-Air cooling technology and FlowThru fin design to the Allison platform—helping dissipate more heat than factory and many competitors’ pans for longer fluid life and improved durability.

Engineered To Run Cool

A large forward-facing scoop draws ambient air and channels it through external heat-radiation fins. This pan adds 2 additional quarts of fluid capacity while keeping the lowest point limited to the sacrificial front scoop. The plastic scoop is designed to break away without damaging the pan; contact Banks if it breaks and they’ll provide a replacement scoop.

Banks FlowThru Fins

Banks proprietary FlowThru fins line up internal absorption and external radiator elements to maximize thermal transfer—pulling heat from the transmission fluid and rejecting it to airflow under the truck to reduce strain on cooling and lubrication systems.

Die-Cast vs Sand-Cast

Banks lubricant cooling products are die-cast (not sand-cast) for a denser, smoother, low-porosity interior surface and precision-machined surfaces—plus long, thin cooling fins for better heat rejection.
