Banks Power Sterling 10.25" / 10.5" Rear Ram-Air Differential Cover helps keep your Ford SRW rear axle running cooler by improving both airflow and fluid dynamics. Banks engineered this cover to reject heat as fast as the ring & pinion creates it, reducing aeration and helping extend gear oil life and service intervals.

Unlike flat-back covers, Banks uses Ram-Air scoops that force air through channeled fins, moving heat out of the differential and lowering internal oil temperatures. The cover is built from die-cast A380 aircraft aluminum with a CNC-machined mounting surface and a high-pressure O-ring seal for a precise, leak-free fit—no messy RTV required.

Service is easy: drain and fill without removing the cover. A sight glass with contrast screen lets you monitor fluid level/condition at a glance, and magnetic fill & drain plugs help capture debris.
