The Bullet Proof Diesel 90100191 is an all-aluminum water outlet adapter kit for the 6.0L Powerstroke. It is a direct-fit replacement for Ford part 4C4Z-8592-AA, the water jacket connection at the oil cooler outlet that Ford often has on backorder, so a repair does not have to wait on the OEM piece.

  • All-aluminum, USA-made construction
  • Direct fit and function replacement for Ford 4C4Z-8592-AA
  • Intended for oil cooler and EGR cooler service on the 6.0L

Fitment: 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke.

Note: Oil cooler or EGR cooler service also requires gaskets, seals and coolant, which are not part of this kit. Confirm fitment against your engine before ordering.
