The CSF 6013 OEM+ is a drop-in replacement intercooler for the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke with an OEM-style tube and fin core and cast aluminum end tanks.

  • Tube and fin aluminum core, approx. 25-3/4" long x 21" wide x 2-1/4" thick
  • Cast aluminum end tanks, fully TIG welded
  • 3-1/4" inlet tube and 2-7/8" outlet tube
  • Drop-in fit, no modifications required
  • 1-year warranty

Fitment: 2003-2007 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 Super Duty and 2003-2005 Excursion with the 6.0L Powerstroke.

Cautions: Designed for stock boost levels as a direct replacement for the OE intercooler; it is not rated for periodic 29 psi use. The distributor lists this item as unavailable for shipment to California. Fitment is confirmed by year, make and engine only.
