Cummins 4995602 Genuine Complete Rocker Assembly is a direct-fit replacement rocker assembly for 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines. Early trucks can suffer rocker trunnion (pin/shaft) wear from low oil supply; this unit uses the updated design found on later engines and is backward compatible.
