The Dorman 904-190 is a direct-fit replacement fuel pump for the Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module (HFCM) on the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke. It supplies fuel from the tank to the engine and installs in the existing HFCM.

  • Direct-fit replacement pump for the factory HFCM
  • Square plug/connector, diesel application
  • Pump only: the HFCM housing, gaskets or seals, and wiring harness are not included
  • Cross-reference numbers: SP114, 6C3Z9G282C, Z76002

Fitment: 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke.

Note: Fitment is confirmed by year, make and engine only. Verify model and build date before ordering. Seals and gaskets are sold separately.
