The Dorman 904-199 EGR Cooler Hose connects the EGR cooler to the oil cooler on 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines so coolant flows properly between the two. It is a lower-cost alternative to replacing the entire EGR cooler kit when only the hose has failed.
