The Level 1 package covers the core 6.0L Powerstroke cooling-system and oil-cooler fixes in one kit: a new PPE oil cooler with matching gaskets, thermostat, coolant filtration and the seals and sensors that are best replaced while the front of the engine is apart.

Select your model year, then pick the base kit alone or add a Bullet Proof Diesel EGR cooler (the round style NT-EGRC-0 for 2003-2004, or the square style NT-EGRC-1 for 2004.5-2007). The EGR cooler is available with a refundable core charge, or send your core in first.

Already in there? Add the FrankBUILT 6.0L Powerstroke High Pressure Oil System Reseal Package to take care of the ball tubes, stand pipes and valve cover gaskets at the same time.
