The MAHLE HS54450 is a complete cylinder head gasket set for 6.0L Powerstroke engines built with 18mm head alignment dowels. It pairs MAHLE's multi-layer steel head gaskets with the surrounding gaskets and seals needed for a top-end reseal.

Fitment: 2003-2006 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with 18mm dowels (engines built from 2003 through January 11, 2006).

Check your dowels: Engines built January 12, 2006 and later use 20mm dowels and need MAHLE HS54579 instead. Many remanufactured or replacement heads are 20mm regardless of engine build date, so confirm the dowel size on your heads before ordering.

Not included: cylinder head bolts and crankcase head tubes. The blue hose from the oil cooler to the EGR cooler is also not included; Ford kit 3C3Z-9433-AB is needed.
