The MAHLE HS54579 is a complete cylinder head gasket set for 6.0L Powerstroke engines built with 20mm head alignment dowels. It combines MAHLE's multi-layer steel head gaskets with the other gaskets and seals needed for a top-end reseal.

  • Black diamond-coated multi-layer steel head gaskets, built to OE standards
  • Includes multi-layer steel exhaust manifold gaskets and a molded rubber intake manifold gasket
  • Torque-to-yield head gasket design
  • 1-year limited MAHLE warranty

Fitment: 2006.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with 20mm dowels (engines built January 12, 2006 and later).

Check your dowels: Engines built from 2003 through January 11, 2006 use 18mm dowels and need MAHLE HS54450 instead. Most Ford OE heads are 20mm regardless of build date, so confirm the dowel size on your heads, especially with remanufactured heads.

Not included: cylinder head bolts or studs and crankcase head tubes.
