PPE's Hot Side Intercooler Charge Pipe replaces the restrictive factory 2.5" mild steel hot-side charge air pipe on the 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke with a 3" 304 stainless steel pipe. The larger diameter expands flow cross-sectional area by 45%, improving heat dissipation and letting the turbo breathe. Designed for trucks running the factory intercooler.

Features:

  • 3" 304 stainless steel tubing with 45% larger flow area than the factory 2.5" pipe
  • Billet-machined aluminum compressor outlet quick-connect adapter with internal Viton O-ring and steel retaining clip
  • 5-ply silicone couplers - heat and oil resistant
  • Stainless steel constant-tension clamps
  • Bolt-on installation using factory connection points
  • Available in Raw, Brushed, or Polished finish

Compatible with: 2011-2016 Ford F-250 / F-350 / F-450 / F-550 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke (for factory intercooler)
