The PPE 318034400 is a heavy-duty chromoly head stud kit for the 6.0L Powerstroke. It replaces the factory torque-to-yield head bolts with reusable studs for stronger, more even clamping force, which helps keep head gaskets sealed under added boost and power.

  • 8740 chromoly construction
  • Centerless-ground studs for precise fit
  • Threads rolled to Mil-S-8879 specification for strength and reduced thread stress
  • Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance
  • Includes studs, hardened parallel nuts and flat washers

Fitment: 2003-2007 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 Super Duty and Excursion with the 6.0L Powerstroke (PPE also lists it for later 6.0L applications).

Note: Inner-row head bolts are not included. ARP 250-4206 or XDP XD3020HB completes the set, and thread chasers (XD40126TC and XD40128TC) are sold separately. Confirm your exact model and build date before ordering.
