The PSC SG857R Big Bore XD Cylinder Assist Steering Gear Box is a drop-in replacement for the failing gearbox in your RAM 2500/3500 (with Lane Assist). This gearbox is engineered to work with the factory torque overlay system that controls the Lane Assist feature in your truck and this brand-new unit does not have a core charge.
