The SK755-OE Cylinder Assist Steering System makes it easier to turn the bigger wheels and tires installed on your Ford F-250/350 4WD. In order to turn the wheel, more hydraulic force is required due to modified axles, locking differentials, and wider tires being installed. Less force from the driver and power steering pump is needed to spin the front tires thanks to the addition of a steering cylinder and changes to the steering gearbox.
