The XDP XD143 coolant filtration system filters casting sand and sediment out of the cooling system on 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. Removing these particles helps extend coolant life and protect the water pump, EGR cooler, oil cooler and other cooling components.

  • Anodized, engraved billet aluminum filter base
  • Pre-assembled silicone hoses; no cutting of factory hoses
  • Ball valve shut-offs to limit coolant loss during filter changes and to bypass the system if needed
  • Uses an easy-to-find Donaldson P554685 spin-on coolant filter
  • All mounting hardware included; made in the USA
  • 1-year XDP warranty against defects

Fitment: 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke.

Maintenance: XDP recommends changing the first filter after about one month, the next two at three-month intervals, then yearly.
