The XDP X-TRA Cool Direct-Fit Replacement Radiator XD298 is an upgraded replacement for the factory radiator on 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke trucks with an automatic transmission. XDP builds it with techniques borrowed from the heavy-duty and semi-truck industry to improve cooling efficiency and durability over the stock radiator.

High-efficiency core with more fins per inch and heavy-duty tubes
Aluminum brazed core with reinforced end tubes and corners
Proprietary gasket designed to handle front-end flex and expansion
Fiber-reinforced end tanks with added ribs at weak spots
Upgraded mounting points for a secure factory-style fit
Heavy-gauge steel crimp strip joins the tanks to the core
Includes 1/2 in. inverted flare fittings and 1/2 in. quick-connect adapters for the transmission oil cooler
