The Banks Power Dana M275 Rear Ram-Air Differential Cover will help extend the life of the differential gear oil in your 2017-2024 Ford F-250/350 SRW. This cover cools 5X better than diff covers with a flat-back in real-world testing over the identical road, weather, operator and vehicle conditions. Featuring Ram-Air scoops that forces air up and into heat radiation fins, this differential cover provides the fastest cooling on the market. These scoops provide cold air at a high velocity to overcome the “dead air zone” behind differential. The Ram-Air scoops are engineered to break-away and separate from the cover with spilling gear oil if they get snagged on anything.

The Banks Power Ram-Air Diff Cover is constructed from A380 aircraft aluminum die-cast for exceptional strength and precise fit. The heatsink fins inside this differential cover transfer heat through the cover to the external fins. This cover’s mounting surface has a silicone O-ring seal that requires no RTV and is installed using 304 stainless steel hardware. The magnetic fill plug has a 20° angle for easy fill and the recessed magnetic drain plug grab all ferrous materials and make changing the gear oil easy. A 1/2”diameter sight glass with contrast screen for visual aid is mounted to the cover with a durable seal. This differential cover clears the spare tire heat shield and panhard bars with the lowest point being the rear differential housing, not the differential cover.
