Introducing the FrankBUILT Performance Zeus Pinnacle TUNELESS pump and valve body DIY package for 2007.5-2018 68RFE units. This package allows you to unlock the benefits of raised line pressures that are crucial to prolong the life of your transmission WITHOUT tuning. This is done by mechanically raising line up to 210 PSI (Stock is 170 PSI). Why is higher line pressure important? Higher line pressure equates to increased holding power in your clutches which in turn leads to reduced slipping. Slipping clutches is what causes heat, then eventual failure. 

This package includes a FrankBUILT Performance spec'd Tuneless remanufactured pump and Zeus Pinnacle Tuneless valve body. With this not only are you unlocking performance in raised line pressures, but you are also solving 90% of the 68RFE transmission woes. Most failures in the 68RFE stem from the valve body, then the pump. We also include a pump cover with new sealing o-ring and input seal.

Pump:
Our pumps are built first by flat sanding both halves true and resurfacing the pump gears true and to spec. We upgrade the lube pressure regulator with a Sonnax valve that allows for additional cooler flow at lower RPM, Sonnax TCC apply limit valve, Transgo TCC limit valve, and additional changes as needed based on condition of individual bores. We then vacuum check to ensure proper sealing before assembly.

Valve Body:
We upgrade the valve body by flat sanding the valve body, then we go in with an oversize SSV, self cleaning LR switch valve, billet accumulators, reinforced accumulator plate with added hardware, TransGo tuneless separator plate, billet channel plate, and a new Mopar OE white solenoid pack.
